| 3 Things That Block Your Soul From Authentic Expression |

More than ever, I am finding that people are longing to go deeper into the age old question; "Why Do I Exist?"
Possibly the most important and seemingly elusive question you could possibly ask yourself, the answers often result in a lot of resistance.
What is it that causes people to resist a more authentic expression of soul in our lives and businesses?
Although not exclusive, we could probably fit just about every reason into three overlapping categories.

Conditioned Beliefs

Unconscious or Unaddressed Fears

Practical Reasons and Excuses
Bottom line, as my good friend Lorraine Cohen, has been heard to say, "Your Mind is Not Always
Your Friend!"
In truth, it all comes down to 4 levels of beliefs, however, I find it valuable to look at the conditioned nature of the beliefs you carry and how your beliefs influence your fears (often unconscious), and what you see as impractical and even unrealistic.
Underlying beliefs will either serve you or not. They empower your desires and dreams or disempower them. Interestingly enough, you probably have dual beliefs that compete for attention - and validation.
Becoming more aware of what you are carrying - both consciously and subconsciously will reveal incredible opportunities to come into better alignment with what is being asked to be expressed on a soul level - in tangible, physical ways.

Developing a Metaphysical Mindset |
 Ever since I was a little girl, I have had a love and deep connection to metaphysical studies.
Fortunate enough to have been exposed at an early age, my grandparents gave me my first book on "the paranormal" at the age of 8 and dad and mom taught us Unity principles and Eastern Philosophy in how they raised us. Because of that foundation, it was natural to "come home" to my metaphysical roots when I stepped back on my own spiritual path in my 20's.
Living life from this persepctive has opened me to healing, intuition and creativity in ways that have been life altering for both myself and my clients. To live metaphysically is to live spiritually and it opens us to a much deeper and richer experience of life in general. It is the "how" to live in constant awareness of the Divine.
