Spontaneous writing and Meditation have been powerful doorways to incredible healing and creativity in my life and are ways I commune with Spirit and soul. My passions ultimately evolved into writing books, poetry, lyrics, being trained as a hypnotherapist and recording transformational audios and music with my husband.

Releasing the Past is a powerful day time hypnosis that can be used daily as you unfetter yourself from past resentments or regrets.
